Three Americans into Second Round of Junior World Champs

After one day at the 2006 World Junior Men's Squash Championships, Americans Trevor McGuinness, David Canner and Todd Harrity are the only US players who moved on to the second round.

Chris Callis, Todd Ruth, Chris Plimpton, Mark Froot and Reed Endresen all fell and are on to the plate rounds. Endresen, in the photo below, went all out in his four-game loss to Egyptian Omar Tarek Mahmoud.

For full results, visit the official website for the 2006 World Junior Mens Squash Championships.

American Reed Endresen athletic dive wasn't enough to overcome his Egyptian counterpart in the first round.
